  2. Language Proficiency: An official B1 Polish language certificate from the State Commission is mandatory. Graduates of Polish schools are exempt.

  4. Civil Status: Foreign birth and marriage certificates must be registered (umiejscowione) in the Polish Civil Registry Office (USC).
